Affix is a personal digital stamp journal. You create stamps from your own photos, attach voice notes and written memories, and arrange them freely on an infinite canvas. Think of it as a scrapbook that fits in your pocket — the tools are ours, but the journal is entirely yours.

Every photo you stamp, every voice note you record, every word you write in Affix belongs to you. We never claim ownership of your memories.

By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for app functionality: generating visual embeddings for search, transcribing voice notes, and delivering your stamps through our servers. This license exists only so Affix can work. If you delete your content, the license ends with it.

Affix uses AI to help you — visual similarity search finds connections between your stamps, voice transcription captures your spoken memories, and optional suggestions can help with captions. These features process your content on our servers.

But AI in Affix is a tool, not a replacement. It never creates content on your behalf. It never decides what goes in your collection. You always choose what stays.

Use Affix for what it's meant for: preserving your own moments. Don't upload content that isn't yours, don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app, and don't use it to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these simple principles.

We work hard to keep your stamps safe, but Affix is provided without warranties. We're not liable for data loss beyond what's within our reasonable control. For moments that matter most, we recommend keeping your own backups — a good practice for anything you treasure.

We may update these terms over time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Affix after an update means you accept the new terms.
