Helping us help you

A few small things make it much easier for us to get you an answer on the first reply:

  • Your device and app version. iPhone model, iOS version, and the Affix build from Settings.

  • What you expected, and what happened instead. Specifics help us reproduce the issue quickly.

  • A screenshot, if you can. A picture really is worth a thousand words.

Affix is built by a small team who cares deeply about your memories. There are no silly questions, and no inbox too quiet for us to answer. If something about your stamp journal isn't working the way it should, we want to know.
