How we care for
your moments

Your stamps begin with the photos you choose. We never access your camera roll without permission. When you create a stamp, we process the image to generate visual embeddings — these are what power features like Find Similar, helping you discover connections across your collection.

If you record a voice note, it's transcribed so your spoken memories become searchable text. We also read location data from your photo's EXIF metadata to help you remember where a moment happened. Written notes, dates, and how you arrange your canvas are stored to keep your journal intact across devices.

Everything we collect exists to make your stamp journal better — nothing more. Visual embeddings let you rediscover stamps you might have forgotten. Transcription turns spoken thoughts into searchable text. Location data helps you revisit places.

We never use your content to train AI models. We never show your stamps to anyone unless you explicitly choose to share them. There is no social feed, no algorithmic timeline, no ads. Your collection is yours alone.

Your stamp images are stored with encryption at rest on secure cloud infrastructure and delivered through a global CDN for fast access. Your account data is protected by row-level security — meaning only you can access your stamps, even at the database level. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS.

Delete any stamp from within the app and its image, voice note, text, and visual embeddings are removed. You may request complete account deletion at any time by contacting us. We don't sell your data. We don't broker it. We don't monetize your attention. Your stamp collection is not our product — it's yours.
